Fresh Fire is a family-owned food truck in Wethersfield, Connecticut, specializing in Colombian-American fusion cuisine. Led by chef and owner Cindy, we focus on fresh, organic, high-quality ingredients and dishes that combine tradition with creativity.
We proudly serve the greater Hartford area at community events, festivals, private parties, and catered gatherings. Every dish is crafted with attention to detail, consistent quality, and bold flavors that leave a lasting impression.

We Stay True To Our Roots
Fresh Fire was created by Cindy, a chef who began her culinary journey in 2015, working and learning in both Colombia and the United States. After gaining experience as a main chef in Colombian restaurants and refining her skills in multiple kitchens across the U.S., she decided to start her own business.
Her goal was simple: bring a fresh fusion of Colombian and American flavors to her community. What began as a passion for cooking grew into a family-owned food truck based in Wethersfield, CT, serving high-quality, organic, and flavorful meals.
Today, Fresh Fire brings its unique dishes to local events, private parties, and full-service catering, offering food that is fresh, authentic, and made with care.
